After unveiling the Xiaomi 14 series in China last December, Xiaomi is preparing to bring its flagship smartphones to international markets later this month. Xiaomi has confirmed that the Xiaomi 14 global debut will happen on February 25. Based on the teasers, we can expect to see the debut of the long-awaited Xiaomi 14 Ultra. The teaser suggests we’ll see the Xiaomi 14 Ultra alongside the more compact Xiaomi 14. Unfortunately, we have seen reports indicate that the 14 Pro will, unfortunately, not make its way outside of China.

The company is yet to announce the premium 14 Ultra smartphone. However, Xiaomi’s official website is teasing “a new generation of Leica optics, reaching new heights,” which is most likely the rumored wider variable aperture on 14 Ultra’s main camera. Xiaomi 14 Ultra cameras are expected to bring four 50MP cameras with a Sony LYT-900 main sensor equipped with a faster f/1.6-f/4.0 variable aperture compared to the outgoing Xiaomi 13 Ultra’s f/1.9 – f/4.0 stop. The Xiaomi 14 series is also expected to be joined by the Xiaomi Pad 7 Android tablet.

As for the standard model, Xiaomi 14 specs flaunt a 6.36-inch LTPO OLED with 1200 x 2670 pixels. Under the hood, it runs on Android 14-based HyperOS. Moreover, it gets power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. How about the memory department? In detail, the Xiaomi 14 arrives with 256GB/ 8GB RAM, 256GB/ 12GB RAM, 512GB/ 16GB RAM, and 1TB/ 16GB RAM (no card slot). Are you looking for an optics system and battery capacity? The Xiaomi 14 cameras pack a quad lens at the back setup. It consists of a 50MP primary sensor + 50MP telephoto + 50MP ultrawide shooter on the back. The Xiaomi 14 series is going to make its global debut on Sunday, February 25, in Barcelona, just ahead of MWC, which starts a day later.
