After many waiting months, the Chinese brand has finally launched its new Redmi 9 lineups. Starting this week, these handsets are going to go on sale in its home country. Notably, the new Redmi 9 handset now arrives with massive battery power. Furthermore, although the internal memory similar to Xiaomi Redmi 8, the phone’s camera includes four lenses. In detail, the Xiaomi Redmi 9 camera packs quad cameras at the back.

It consists of a 13 MP (f/2.2) primary lens + 8 MP (f/2.2) FoV ultrawide-angle snapper + 5MP (f/2.4) macro shooter +2MP depth helper. At the front-facing, sitting inside a waterdrop notch is the 8MP f/2.0 selfie lens with fixed focus. For a processor, the Xiaomi handset gets power from the MediaTek Helio G80 chipset with the Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. On the other side, the Xiaomi flagship runs on Android 10 as the operating system.

Regarding the memory department, the Xiaomi device comes with 3GB /4GB RAM and 32GB /64GB onboard storage. Plus, it is support for two nano-SIM cards alongside one microSD slot for up to 512GB. Concerning the display, Xiaomi Redmi 9 specs flaunt a 6.53-inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a 19.5:9 ratio aspect. The front is protected by Gorilla Glass 3, and the company declares the phone has an 89.83% screen-to-body ratio. Battery-wise, the Xiaomi machine draws power from a massive 5020mAh energy box that supports fast charging 18W. Currently, the phone appears on Xiaomi Spain’s website in three colors – Black, Green, Purple.
