Vivo Z5 is official with 8GB RAM, Snapdragon 712 SoC, Triple 48MP Cameras!

Vivo has finally launched the Vivo Z5 in China. As for the specs, this phone comes with the SnD 712 chipset, triple 48MP cameras. Check it out!

After launching the great Vivo S1 handset, the Chinese company is set to announce the vanilla variant of the Vivo Z5S device with a better camera set up and chipset. Besides, the new Vivo Z5 also comes with a waterdrop notch display instead of a punch-hole camera on the front. As per the listing, the Vivo Z5 specs feature a 6.38-inch Super AMOLED with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. On the other side, hardware-wise, the Vivo smartphone takes power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 chipset. In addition, speaking of the storage, this smartphone comes in different versions: 6GB/ 8GB of RAM and 64GB/ 128GB/ 256GB of onboard storage. Moreover, there is a MicroSD card to upgrade the storage up to 256GB. Keeping the lights on is a large 4500mAh energy box.

It supports 22.5W flash charge fast charging technology. Concerning the optics department, the Vivo Z5 camera packs a triple camera set up on the rear. It consists of a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, the waterdrop notch carries a single 32MP lens with an aperture of f/2.0. On the other side, this smartphone ships with Android 9.0 Pie-based FunTouch OS 9 as the operating system. Other features include dual SOM support, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, 4G VoLTE, and a 3.5mm audio jack. In addition, this phone is available in Aurora Illusion, Holographic Illusion and Bamboo Forest Night.

Vivo Z5 release date and price

The new version of the Vivo Z5X is now official. Regarding the cost, the Vivo Z5 price falls around $230 ~ CNY 1, 598 for the 6GB RAM/ 64GB ROM, CNY 1, 898 ~ $275 for the 6GB RAM/ 128GB model, CNY 1, 998 ~ $290 for the 6GB/ 256GB version, and CNY 2, 298 ~ $330 for the 8GB RAM/ 128GB model.
