Without a doubt, the foldable smartphone market is one of the hottest segment globally today. So far, many big manufacturers have taken their first step into the battle with the release of their high-end devices. For now, the two flagships that caught our eyes the most are Samsung Galaxy Fold and Huawei Mate X. Furthermore, other brands such as OPPO and Xiaomi are reportedly getting ready to join the game. And as we expected, so does HMD Global.

According to our source, the Finnish brand can be working on a new foldable device. As they launched their first triple cameras phone last March (Nokia X71), we can expect this handset to be the second one to sport such a system. Moreover, the new device can carry the name Nokia X Fold. Firstly, the new Nokia beast can fold outward, similar to the Samsung Galaxy Fold. Furthermore, the back panel should be made of silver metal with the iconic Nokia logo.

Now, let’s talk about the hardware! Nokia X Fold offers a massive 8.5-inch Super AMOLED with 4K resolution when unfold. Besides, the standard size should be 5.9-inch. Regarding the processor, it runs Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset, coupled with 8GB/ 256GB ROM no card slot). Moreover, Nokia X Fold camera packs triple 48MP+8MP+TOF sensors. There is also another 16MP lens up front for selfie. Additionally, the Nokia phone should equip a decent 5600mAh battery box and run on Android 9.0 Pie version!
