After the success of the G8, LG has announced a brand new flagship-class smartphone in India, which is LG G8s ThinQ. It also comes with features such as Hand ID, which uses a time-of-flight and infrared sensor to unlock the smartphone by scanning the pattern of veins of the hand. There’s also Air Motion, which lets users control certain functions of the smartphone using hand gestures. This feature was first introduced with the LG G8 ThinQ, which was unveiled at the MWC 2019.
In detail, talking about the display, the LG phone can feature a 6.21-inch G-OLED with a resolution of 1080 x 2248 pixels. On the other side, concerning the storage, it can pack up to 6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of ROM. Additionally, the storage is expandable up to 1TB via a MicroSD card. On the contrary, speaking of the processor, the LG handset should take power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset. Besides, this handset works on Android 9.0 Pie.
